2. Description of Service
BuyMeShawarma provides a platform for creators to receive voluntary payments ("dashes") from supporters. We facilitate the transaction but are not a party to the relationship between creator and supporter.
3. Fees and Payments
BuyMeShawarma charges a flat transaction fee of ₦100 per successful payment to cover processing costs. This fee is deducted automatically from the payment before it reaches your account.
4. Prohibited Content
You may not use BuyMeShawarma for any illegal activities, hate speech, harassment, or to sell prohibited goods. We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these guidelines.
5. Limitation of Liability
BuyMeShawarma is provided "as is". We make no warranties about the reliability or availability of the service. In no event shall BuyMeShawarma be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
